Patrick Kelly Snowflake Data Drivers Winner

Snowflake recently announced that Patrick Kelly, 84.51° VP of Product Management, has won a 2022 Data Drivers award. Kelly received the Data Collaboration award for using Snowflake Data Cloud to support data mobilization and collaboration. Snowflake presented the awards in Las Vegas on June 9.

Under Kelly’s direction, 84.51° teams are collaborating to share and analyze once-siloed data with our consumer packaged goods clients to develop highly customized, data-centric merchandising and marketing strategies. “Clients are asking us the same urgent questions about accessing, analyzing and reporting data,” he explains. We can help clients solve their most complex data-centric challenges with our privacy-compliant platform, 84.51° Collaborative Cloud, which leverages the Snowflake Data Cloud,” says Kelly. He notes some common goals:

  • Breaking down organizational silos that keep their data science and business units from creating joint sales and marketing strategies.

  • Connecting insights and KPIs into centralized tools and dashboards.

  • Tapping the advantages of 84.51°’s transaction-level data.

  • Identifying trends in shopper behaviors as soon as they emerge.

“This year’s award recipients represent some of the most innovative data leaders we’ve seen to date,” says Denise Persson, Chief Marketing Officer at Snowflake. “Each of them is transforming their industries’ adoption of the data economy.” Other winners included data leaders from AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and Blue Yonder.

Prior to his Product Management post at 84.51°, Kelly served as SVP of Product Management for SPINS and earned a Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago.

We’re leading a data revolution in the retail business, and we’re looking for partners who are ready for a deeper, more personal approach to customer engagement.
