Hand in hand with meat sales, consumers are seemingly obsessed with protein in nearly every form, as the GLP-1 wave continues. A recent study from 84.51° found that 47% of shoppers plan to increase their protein intake “in line with a broader trend toward high-protein foods that support weight loss, muscle building and bone health.”
