Kristin Foster leads a team of technologists across data science, engineering, and product, focused on advancing applied AI and data science across the Kroger retail ecosystem. Her teams deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across merchandising, supply chain, retail operations, manufacturing, customer loyalty, and personalization - driving measurable value across the enterprise.

In addition to domain-focused delivery, Kristin also leads our enterprise AI Program, responsible for shaping and executing our AI strategy across infrastructure, capability, and strategy. Her team accelerates enterprise-wide AI by building reusable tools, services, and patterns that make AI safer, faster, better, and more cost-effective for all.
