Co-ops & Internships

Our 10-week intern program provides hands-on work with the opportunity to learn about and experience our unique culture. Working closely with your manager, you’ll spend 10 weeks of summer kicking off a project and seeing it through completion—a project that will actually impact the way we do business. At the end of your internship, you’ll present your project findings to our business leaders and provide recommendations for how we can best move forward. We give you real responsibility because we know you’re capable of doing real work, and we want you to showcase your talent and develop your skill set. Added bonus? Interns are the pipeline to our rewarding University Leadership Program.

Eligibility

• Be currently enrolled at a four-year college or university, completing your second or third year in an undergraduate program, OR 2) Completing your first year in a two-year graduate program, OR 3) Completing your fourth year in a five-year dual undergraduate/graduate program
• Maintain an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Have the ability to work in the United States with no restrictions

Our semester-long program provides hands-on work with the opportunity to learn about and experience our unique culture. You’ll spend 15-18 weeks working with an established team responsible for real work and seeing it to completion. We look for co-ops that would like to build upon their experience here, and we welcome successful co-ops back multiple times throughout their studies. We encourage and enable students to gain experience in all areas and provide real responsibility because we know you’re capable of doing the work, and we want you to have the opportunity to showcase your talent and develop your skill set.

Application Date

• Fall: September – October (January start)*
• Spring: February – March (May start)*
• Summer: June – July (August start)*

Eligibility

• Be currently enrolled at a four-year college or university, completing your second or third year in an undergraduate program, OR 2) Completing your first year in a two-year graduate program, OR 3) Completing your fourth year in a five-year dual undergraduate/graduate program
• Maintain an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Have the ability to work in the United States with no restrictions
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm) during semester
