University Leadership Programs

From summer internships to accelerated training and role rotation, we strive to make our university programs challenging and rewarding.

This program supports and develops top candidates who have demonstrated that they are leaders in the making. As a participant, you’ll spend your first seven weeks in an intensive jump-start training to better understand our business and ways of working, our tools and capabilities, and the CPG and Retail industries, and receive technical training on the products and programs we use to customize our work for clients.

Development will continue for an additional 4 – 8 months, where you will work on multiple projects across the business in order to further develop your skills. Once the necessary skill set has been achieved, you will be transitioned into your first role, and have the opportunity to develop skills for an additional 12 - 18 months, after which you will be mentored and encouraged to apply for your next assignment.

Eligibility

  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and be completing your last year of school OR have completed your degree in the last 2 years
  • Maintain an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Have the ability to work in the United States with no restrictions

This training program supports and develops top candidates who have demonstrated that they are leaders in the making. As a participant, you’ll spend your first five weeks in an intensive jump-start training to better understand our business and ways of working, our tools and capabilities, and the CPG and Retail industries, and receive technical training on the products and programs we use to customize our work for clients.

After your first five weeks of training, you will jump into your first assignment where you will continue to develop for another 12-18 months, after which, you will be mentored and encouraged to apply for your next assignment.

This training program supports and develops top candidates who have demonstrated that they are leaders in the making. As a participant, you’ll spend your first five weeks in an intensive jump-start training to better understand our business and ways of working, our tools and capabilities, and the CPG and Retail industries, and receive technical training on the products and programs we use to customize our work for clients. This position involves creating robust and scalable data solutions that underpin our core capabilities.

After your first five weeks of training, you will jump into your first assignment where you will continue to develop skills for another 12 - 18 months, after which you will be mentored and encouraged to apply for your next assignment. There are two types of engineering roles: Data Developer and Application Developer.
